Step 1: Submit a Group Lodging Bid
This request for lodging is done online and
places you in direct connection with qualifying hotels and condominiums.
The more specific you are in your needs, the quicker and easier the
process. As soon as you place your request, we’ll promptly
check availability and pricing for lodging options, transportation
quotes, and all other information regarding your group needs in Crested Butte
Mountain.
Step 2: Review Accepted Bids
After we have determined which properties best
fit your group’s needs, we will send qualifying hotel bids
to you via e-mail. As requested, we will include quotes for lodging
and all other amenities for your group needs.
Step 3: Group Leader Presents Lodging Bids to Group
Have a meeting, or better yet, just email your
group details of qualifying hotels and condominiums. Determine together
which parts of the proposal are best for your group.
Step 4: Book the Lodging
If you decide to go with one of our recommendations
you will have direct connection with the hotel representative. After
this point you will work directly with the property for all of your
lodging needs.
Step 5: Activities
Once your lodging is booked, you can book your
group lift tickets and activities all online. An incredibly simple
booking engine, you will have deeply discounted rates on lift tickets
and all other activities for Crested Butte.
